Worked out some rough stuff of what the living environments of these characters would look like. This environment has become a fortress after the passing of the Old Queen:

These character designs I'm especially proud of. I worked really hard to figure out a way to simplify their design while still maintaining that regal poise. I think it worked this time!

Some more updated artwork! I flushed out the designs for the Emperor and her attendants and came up with some names. I also changed the dragons. They weren't really working for me as opposites so I lined them up with the Queens they share elemental magic with. So this queen has Earth Magic and so does her dragon.

Been working on those Queen designs again! I'm especially happy with how the courtesan (second left) turned out in the "after" version. I'll be updating with some of the other fresh new designs for the different Queens!

So I'm still working on my character design game, and I felt like the Queens were missing something. So I created some other characters to flesh them out some. Plus updated their design. Here is the Old Queen with her two children and her dragon.

It's a new year!! Happy 2016! I made some art using the characters from INITIUM to ring in the brand new year :D

Also took some before and after stills on some character designs I did for the same world. I've been working a lot on my character designs and it's nice to see some progress!
